Seaview Office & Retail Building (306,540 sqft) is located in Herzliya’s business district. The structure includes two 8-story buildings connected with a joint lobby. The buildings and commercial on the ground floor creates a large square that serves the office tenants as well as the public. The design of the facade includes white glass, shades and a large shaded roof for the use of the offices in the building.
