Yehuda Hanasi Residential Buildings are two 10-story buildings with 56 units. As part of urban renewal the buildings were planned instead of old, bad condition buildings and will give the existing tenants a new apartment as well as parking space and balcony. The buildings were planned with a joint wall. The planning of the typical floor allows different size of apartments in each floor.

As the project architect I was responsible for the schematic design and design development.
