Carmelit 9 Residential Building is an 8-story building with 12 units and an underground parking floor. The project is located close to the sea and required careful thinking about the designing of the exterior materials to suites a marine environment.

As the project architect I advance the project from the design development stage to construction documents including coordinating structural, MEP and other consultants.
