Atrium Office Building (130,870 sqft) is part of Modi'in business district. The building was designed to accommodate multiple companies, and each floor was designed to allow 1-8 different companies. The project has a variety of balconies allowing the office tenants to enjoy the surrounding views and fresh air. The main atrium is the heart of the project and connects the two sides of the building from the inside as well as the outside.

As the project manager I led my team through all the design phases including coordinating structural, MEP and other consultants.
