Hanah Senesh Residential Building is an 8-story building with 18 units. As part of urban renewal the building was built instead of an old, bad condition building and gave the existing tenants a new apartment as well as parking space and balcony. The building has a very clean design and the floor plan is allowing different apartment sizes.

As the project architect I advance the project from the design development stage to construction documents including coordinating structural, MEP and other consultants and construction administration.
