The master plan of a new neighborhood in Zahoroska Bystrica is a residential area that includes commercial and public buildings. The new neighborhood adds 1700 residential units in both private lots and four-floor buildings. The network of streets was planned to create connections to the nature and river on the south side of the neighborhood. The main square is surrounded by commercial buildings, and at the center of the neighborhood is a large park with public buildings.

As the project architect I was responsible for the schematic design. The project was executed by local architect companies.
